What makes companies successful?

29th June 2017 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Starting and surviving in today’s world is tough, but the companies that figure it out have something in common: the pursuit of purpose, alongside the pursuit of profit. An authentic purpose acts as your north star and mobilises people in a way that pursuing profits alone never will. For a company to thrive, it needs to infuse its purpose in all that it does.

In this workshop we look at how practice leaders can connect with purpose, create shared-value and compose a clear and comprehensive narrative. We believe successful companies are built not from the ground up, but from the purpose up.
