Built environment careers enrichment sessions at Oasis Southbank re-started today after the 2020 sessions were interrupted by lockdown in March.

26 Year 7 pupils took part in the first session and tried out new material developed for Build Studios by the Museum of Architecture. The new content has been funded by The Walcot Foundation.

Careers enrichment looks a little different this academic year and Build Studios volunteers are dialing in remotely and delivering pre-recorded videos to the pupils about their profession.  We hope to resume in-person visits in the new year.

The school has responded magnificently to the challenge, and we were delighted to see some smart looking plans and elevations produced by the pupils during the session.
