Practice leaders can apply strategic tools to increase their firm’s project design quality and profit.  Participants in this interactive workshop will learn ten business strategy tools for winning work and growing profitable practices. 

Using mini-cases and problem-solving activities, participants gain an overview of strategic choices that can help firms improve their ability to compete, produce quality work, find talented people and earn more. Areas covered will include branding, strategic marketing, finance, studio operations, and talent management. Participants will benefit from actionable knowledge and resources that can help them lead their practices. This workshop will be most beneficial to Directors in both growing and established practices.

About the lecturer:

Rowley is a Rotman MBA, holds a diploma from the Ontario College of Art and Design, and has a B.E.S. (Architecture) from the University of Waterloo.
